The Western Esoteric Tradition, with all of its confusing links to Esoteric Christianity, Martinism, Rosecrucianism, Freemasonry, Hermeticism, Gnosticism, Templarism, Catharism, Alchemy, Kabbalah, Tarot, the Grail mysteries, the Arthurian Romances, the “Da Vinci Code”, the Magdalene, Sophia, the Divine Feminine, the Black Madonna, John the Baptist, Rennes le Chateau, the Priory of Sion, the Merovingians, and on and on ad-infinitum - It would take a very strong power of discernment to cut through all of the endless crossroads, by-ways, dead-ends, red-herrings, and deliberate obfuscations to get to the crystal bright core of this morass, to attain the grail.
Rather than try to understand this confusing morass in its entirety, the Fellowship of the Guardians of the Well Maidens “cuts to the chase” and focuses on the basic practices of the tradition that are necessary in order for one to “get out of one’s way” and develop the discernment necessary to stay out of the “wilderness.” Though not as flashy, perhaps, as ceremonial magic; nor as glamorous as some neo-Templar order, The path that our Fellowship explores is less arcane, more direct; less prone to the distraction of glamoury.
So come join us as we endeavor to learn what it truly means to “Know Thyself,” and what power lies behind the practice alluded to by these oft quoted but little understood words.

My name is Owen Gwalchmai. I am an ordained minister and a long time student of Western esotericism; Jungian psychology; mythology; the Grail tradition; and Gnosticism (both Christian and Pagan). In 2007 I was initiated into the Magdalene Mysteries by three Magdalene Priestesses: Anyaa McAandrew; Lucinda Grace; and the late, and beloved, Nicole Christine. In February of 2008 I was ordained into the Madonna Ministry International by Anyaa McAndrew, a Bishop of the Madonna Ministry.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Ecopsychology and currently am working on a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. In 2010 I plan to enter a second Master’s program in Consciousness Studies.
Though I had been ruminating on the concept for several years, I originally founded the Guardians of the Well Maidens in 2005 as a commandery of the esteemed Order of the Grail (OTG). However, shortly thereafter the Guardians amicably split from the OTG in order to pursue a direction that better served the Guardians' original calling of the Divine Feminine. During my nine month initiation in the Magdalene Mysteries Nicole Christine encouraged me to work with the Guardians of the Well Maidens energy as a pillar of that initiatory process. As a result, the Guardians of the Well Maidens has become the outward expression of my Ministry.
